OmniLife streamlined the processes at the OPO so much so that I would not want to go back the way I did my job before OmniLife. If you can text, you can use OmniLife. It’s the easiest thing to use and it only has benefits – I have not have any negative experiences using it. It’s HIPAA-compliant which is fantastic, it eliminates repeated information and redundant phone calls, and you can openly talk about patients without worrying it’s gonna get out.
