OmniLife streamlined the processes at the OPO so much so that I would not want to go back the way I did my job before OmniLife. If you can text, you can use OmniLife. It’s the easiest thing to use and it only has benefits – I have not have any negative experiences using it. It’s HIPAA-compliant which is fantastic, it eliminates repeated information and redundant phone calls, and you can openly talk about patients without worrying it’s gonna get out. It’s super simple to see who has read your messages and who you have to outwardly contact. Every story is a success story every time we use it!
